Lucinda Johnson is a solo acoustic folk singer/songwriter from Brisbane. With a unique voice matched with honest and emotional lyrics, each chord picked and every melody sung is like a key slowly turning the lock to the mysteries of the heart. Coming from a musical family she found herself writing songs ever since she could hold a tune. Both of her parents are singer/songwriters and have heavily influenced not just her love to write original music but her need for it. She began learning guitar at 12 years old. Lucinda is currently studying a Bachelor of Popular Music and Performance at the JMC Academy of Brisbane. She gigs as often as she can and presently has a permanent gig at the Seafood Lovers Cafe on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
