Creative Commons and Copyright


The edgeX project encourages people to use the Creative Commons system for licensing their work, although you are by no means obliged to. Creative Commons is an alternative to the straight Copyright licence, in that it gives you, as author/creator, the chance to say in advance that you don?t mind if people use your work in particular circumstances or for particular purposes.
