Bio

Sevenskies are a heavy band originally hailing from Cairns in North Queensland known for their powerful live show. They have been together since May of 2009 and since then have been playing around Australia building a solid fanbase. Self releasing their debut EP "Nobodies" in early 2010, Sevenskies saw a huge response from fans not only for their live performance but for the substance of their music. Late 2010 the band moved to Brisbane to become more involved in the heavy music scene in Australia.

"Nobodies" was recorded in Sydney at Freefall Studios with Antonio Hanna who we had met a month before while touring in the Sydney- Canberra area. Since the release of the EP mid 2010 over 250 CDs have been sold all around Australia and even overseas. The band took a break from writing for a short while to get sorted in their new home of Brisbane but have now launched back into it with 2 new unrecorded songs written. Sevenskies are an unsigned band that is wholly funded by the members so they are constantly searching for endorsements and competitions to help get along.
