Bio 


Damian, Rory, Aled and Ben didn't form Friends Of Ben because they wanted to rage against the machine (they're not that angry). They didn't form Friends Of Ben so they could pull groupies (though that would be nice). They didn't form Friends Of Ben because they were sick of hearing post-punk everywhere in Brisbane (though they were a bit). They formed Friends Of Ben because they realised they could write good songs and play them well.

Since their conception in early 2010, Friends Of Ben have been gigging, writing and putting everything in its right place.
Now, in 2011, they have scrimped and saved and finally recorded some songs.

'Dog & The House' is emblematic of Friends Of Ben. The melancholic lilt to the vocal melody, the interlocking guitars and the driving drums are all characteristic of their style.

Friends Of Ben are ready to be heard.
